Functions:
Output current limit adjustment
The solar module provides output current limiting function. Through external monitoring, the current limiting point of the solar module can be adjusted between 5A and 61A.
When the output voltage is between 42V and 58V, the current limit point adjustment accuracy is ±1.5A.
Output voltage regulation Through the external monitoring unit, the output voltage of the solar module can be adjusted between 42V and 58V, and the adjustment accuracy is ±0.1V.
Fan control
When the input voltage of the solar module within normal range, the speed of the fan increases with the increase of the internal temperature of the module. Input and output overvoltage protection, monitor and issue shutdown, fan failure, fan stop.
Input over-voltage protection
When the input voltage is greater than 152Vdc, the protection indicator (yellow light) is on, and the solar module will stop working. When a protection event occurs, the solar module will report to the monitoring, and the monitoring will handle the alarm.
Output overvoltage protection
The solar module has output over voltage protection functions, including hardware over voltage protection and software over voltage protection. The hardware over voltage protection point is 59.5V. After the hardware over voltage protection, manual intervention is required before it can be turned on. The software over voltage protection point can be set by the monitoring unit. The setting range is from 56V to 59V, and it is required to be at least 0.5V higher than the output voltage. The factory default value is 59V.
The software overvoltage protection mode is four-time overvoltage lockout mode:
After the solar module software is protected, it will be turned on again within 5 seconds. If four overvoltages situation occurs within the set time (the default time is 5 minutes, which can be set by monitoring), the solar module will be turned off and maintained, requiring manual intervention. Turn on again.
Manual intervention method: The solar module can be reset by the monitoring unit, or it can be reset by detaching the solar module from the power system.
Over temperature protection
When the air inlet of the solar module is blocked, the ambient temperature is too high, and the internal temperature exceeds the over-temperature protection point, the protection indicator (yellow light) on the panel will light up, and the solar module will stop working.
When over-temperature protection occurs, an alarm signal is reported on the solar module to the monitoring unit for corresponding processing. When the temperature inside the solar module returns to normal (the hysteresis is greater than 5°C), the solar module will automatically resume work and the over-temperature alarm disappears.
Communication failure protection
After the communication failure of the solar module, the protection indicator (yellow light) on the panel flashes. The fault information will be reported to the monitoring unit. In order to protect the battery, when a communication failure occurs, the output voltage of the solar module becomes 54V (default value, which can be set by the monitoring unit). When the communication returns to normal, the solar module automatically resumes normal operation.
